The old fashioned English cherry…..

My wife, two elder children  and I have just got back from a 2 day “glamping” trip which was great fun, but exhausting! Whilst we were there ( Brecon Beacons), we really enjoyed a full brown paper bag of fresh, ripe English cherries. We all remarked on how delicious they were and then the conversation began! Why are cherries the worst bit of small party cakes said one child. The other talked about how he felt the black cherry yoghurt was the worst and the list went on. In the end we felt there may have been a valuable point attached to our seemingly frivolous chat. The point is: Be yourself and your original form, like the cherry, is best. Trying to adapt / change ourselves can lead to compromise and we should be careful of this!
